At the champI4.0ns Award 2024, companies impressively demonstrated how data-driven innovations can enhance processes in the manufacturing industry and drive societal progress.
Nine visionary minds presented their approaches at the Global Data Spaces Connect in Vienna – from AI-powered rubber production to Causal AI in electronics manufacturing, participants showed how smart use of data can boost efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness – from the very first process step to the finished product.

The champI4.0ns AWARD enters the next round! We’re once again looking for forward-thinking, data-driven approaches for the industry of tomorrow. Supported by an independent expert jury, the Austrian Plattform Industrie 4.0, and the German Labs Network Industrie 4.0 e.V., we want to spotlight your innovative, data-driven use case!

Facts:

Two-stage submission process:

• Stage 1:
  Submit the completed questionnaire by July 31, 2025 at the latest.
  The information provided will be reviewed by the organizing team, who will then decide on the invitation to participate in Stage 2.
• Stage 2: Submit a video clip by December 15, 2025 at the latest. Both the video clips and the questionnaires will be evaluated by an independent expert jury. The winners will be announced and honored at the champI4.0ns Award Ceremony during the final event in April 2026 in Karlsruhe, Germany.
